FreeCard lets you create electronic greeting cards with graphics or video, text, music and sound to send with e-mail or on diskettes. Greeting cards are made into Windows executable files and they expand, play, and clean up automatically on target PCs. A Watermarking utility is included for
embedding identifying and linking information to your graphics and video materials.

System requirements for using FreeCard 2.0 to create e-cards:

Takes standard Windows bitmap (.BMP), video (.AVI), MIDI music (.MID), WAVE sound (.WAV) material files and creates multimedia e-cards. Each created e-card is a self-contained, stand alone Windows executable (.EXE) file. It runs and cleans up automatically on target PCs. Sends created e-cards using Windows Messaging (MAPI), your default e-mail client, or directly to an SMTP server. Lets you record sound and save into WAVE files. Creates very compact e-cards (starts at 70 KB) -- ideal for sending electronically by e-mail or from Web sites. Includes a Watermarking utility for embedding identifying and linking information to your graphics and video materials.

What's so special about "Made with SLIM SHOW"?Each e-card is a self-contained executable file. It expands, runs, and cleans up on the target system automatically. There is no installation, and no runtime DLL to worry about. You get one executable (.EXE) file that works on all Windows system -- Windows 3.1, 95/98, and NT. It has minimal runtime system requirements. A basic 386 system is good enough to view your e-cards. No sound card? No problem. It just won't produce sound but stills shows pictures and words. It is very compact. The file size starts at 60 KB! A full featured e-card with pictures, words, music, and recorded voice takes about 150 KB. It only takes seconds to send or receive (with a regular modem).
